This is a custom-made door for an office building under renovation. It was made to match existing doors in the office using solid maple.
This is an example of why a custom interior door has to be built instead of ordering one from a door manufacturer.

I had to copy the existing doors exactly, including using these soss type hinges.
They are not adjustable and installing them requires precise cutting with templates.

Every detail down to the woodgrain, color, glass and door entry set had to be exactly like the existing.
The door stop is integrated with the door jamb so it was important to get the door plumb to close correctly.

Perfect and on schedule. The completed door is very heavy but since it was pre-hung and pre-finished before being installed it went in quickly.
